买的鲷鱼烧的模具一直没有用,今天想起来了,于是拿出来玩玩,鲷鱼烧是一道很美味的日式甜品,而且样子也很可爱。

  • 低筋面粉90克
  • 鸡蛋2只
  • 橄榄油40克
  • 牛奶70克
  • 泡打粉1克
  • 砂糖35克
  • 蜂蜜15克
  • 植物油少许

Steps to make 鲷鱼烧

  • 1.鸡蛋敲入碗中
  • 2.鸡蛋内加入砂糖
  • 3.用打蛋器打散
  • 4.蛋液里加入牛奶、蜂蜜、橄榄油
  • 5.再次搅拌均匀
  • 6.倒入过筛好的面粉和泡打粉
  • 7.用刮刀切拌成无颗粒的面糊
  • 8.模具放煤气灶上,用刷子刷上植物油防沾
  • 9.先舀一些面糊放在鱼头鱼身的部位,让其稍稍凝固。
  • 10.放一小块红豆沙,不可放太多。
  • 11.然后再浇上一层面糊,关上盖子,来回翻模具,避免一面焦糊,待两面都变成焦黄色,就可以出炉了。
