日式香浓炼奶面包

Steps to make 日式香浓炼奶面包

  • 1.将面包材料中除黄油外的所有材料放一起揉成光滑面团
  • 2.放入黄油继续揉至完全阶段,面团进行第一次发酵。
  • 3.发好的面取出排气均分成4个面团滚圆盖保鲜膜松驰15分钟
  • 4.将20克黄油溶化后加入20克炼乳一起拌匀成炼乳酱
  • 5.取一面团擀成大约长方形面饼,在每个长面饼表面刷上炼乳酱
  • 6.将四块刷上炼乳酱的长面饼一份叠一份的叠起来
  • 7.再用刀切成8小份。
  • 8.戚风模具内抹薄薄一层黄油,将8等份小面团竖起来垂直贴着烟囱排入模具内进行二次发酵。
  • 9.发好的面团表面刷上蛋液,撒杏仁片,烤箱预热180度烤18分钟即可。
