鲔鱼色拉花样寿司
寿司米饭,我用了1比4的糯米和粳米,煮好后大概到电饭煲的一半处吧,寿司醋用3勺白醋+2勺糖+1勺盐  用小火慢慢的化开,出锅就可以啦!自己打的色拉酱很浓稠啊,味道也香,强烈建议大家有打蛋器的话也试试,绝对比买的好吃哦,不过色拉酱偶尔吃吃就好 呵呵。昨天是半夜打的色拉酱 就米有拍照了,等下次好好的拍次过程图。

    • 2.2勺糖.。
    • 3.1勺盐.。
    • 4.用小火慢慢的化开。

    • 6.胡萝卜提前蒸熟(大白不喜欢吃生的胡萝卜 她说干巴巴的。。。)熟的也不错,甜度很高。黄瓜切长条,蛋皮切长丝,火腿片也是。
    • 7.不喜欢吃干巴巴的寿司的TX们,可以再寿司卷里稍微加一些色拉酱。
    • 8.我这次用的是鲔鱼和色拉酱混合在一起的酱,超美味~~~
    • 9.糯米提前一夜浸泡,然后和粳米一起煮熟,    然后和寿司醋一起拌匀,一边拌可以尝尝,喜欢酸的可以再加白醋等等。
    • 10.关于卷寿司,我也是第一次做,直接在海苔上铺平米饭对我们新手来说还是挺技术的活儿~~第一只卷的就挺松,我琢磨了个办法,自己觉得挺好用的,希望也对也是新手的TX们有点帮助,嘻嘻  先把米饭平铺在保鲜膜上。
    • 11.膜要稍微大些的,然后像包包裹一样,把米饭四周都用保鲜膜包起来。
    • 12.隔着保鲜膜用手掌按压米饭,给米饭整形,搓扁按圆都可以,最后觉得形OK了。
    • 13.打开保鲜膜,把海苔铺在米饭上面,再翻转过来就可以放料再卷啦。
    • 14.馅料只要是喜欢的都可以,不必拘泥,早餐吃的话加一只咸蛋黄,撒上肉松或者牛肉干碎,保证马上叫醒你的胃口。
    • 15.没有肉松,我卷了点切碎的牛肉干,味道也很好呀!
    • 16.HOHO 尽量的卷紧,口感会更好,切得时候刀沾水,轻轻的来回拉动,切口就比较干净漂亮。
