冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,用做红糖姜膏剩下的姜渣来做成姜粉,一点都不浪费(其实之前做的几次都没想到,全都扔掉的),做好的姜粉作用真大,当调味料用,煮菜蒸鱼都放点,很方便。

  • 1.将姜洗净,去不去皮都没所谓
  • 2.用榨汁机反复榨几次直到再也榨不出汁为止
  • 3.姜渣已经很干了
  • 4.榨好的汁和渣
  • 5.汁液加入红片糖熬煮
  • 6.熬好的姜膏
  • 7.打散结块的姜渣
  • 8.均匀平铺在烤盘上
  • 9.200度烤15分钟
  • 10.放凉后入袋,可做调味料用。
