自制杨梅干
六月杨梅盛产时,每年都会酿上一瓶杨梅酒,泡酒后的杨梅酒劲很大,往往会剩下来,巧手婆婆就会把这些杨梅做成杨梅干当小吃,酸酸甜甜的,又干净又好吃,今年我也学了一招,做好后的杨梅干还可以用来入菜,烧排骨,既减腻又增味。

Steps to make 自制杨梅干

  • 1.泡酒后的杨梅滤去酒,放到一个罐子中。
  • 2.准备白糖,白糖的量根据个人口味添加,我大概是放了杨梅重量的一半。
  • 3.把白糖放进杨梅中,腌制一天,至白糖全部融化。
  • 4.腌好的杨梅放入蒸锅中蒸15—20分钟。(也可以把杨梅和白糖直接放在锅里煮)
  • 5.蒸好的杨梅放在帘子上晒干。
  • 6.晒好的杨梅干。
  • 7.酸酸甜甜的,很好的小吃,还可以用来做菜呢
