Steps to make 蛋清葱姜-雪花蟹

  • 1.第一步先将雪花蟹(南极蟹)冲洗干净。
  • 2.开盖,去鳃,开腿,中间切开两半保持原形(便于食用)。
  • 3.摆盘,使其保持原形,上撒适量 葱姜(不易太多材料,防止影响原味)。
  • 4.水开后放入蒸屉,中大火蒸15分钟。
  • 5.15分钟后,在螃蟹上面导入蛋白和美极鲜混合液,倒的时候要均匀,盘子下面的水不影响蛋白的凝固反而会提鲜。
  • 6.继续蒸5分钟后可以出锅了,出锅后先将盘内多余的水倒掉,然后就可以上桌了。
