Steps to make 核桃果仁面包

  • 1.核桃仁烤熟压成碎粒,面粉提前炒熟加入,糖粉也加入,黄油隔水融化后倒入
  • 2.抓拌均匀,成为馅料备用。
  • 3.面团用料为:鸡蛋1个 酵母粉4g 盐2g 糖15g 黄油40g 牛奶160g 高筋粉300g 把除黄油外的所有材料放入面包机中
  • 4.启动和面程序,一个程序完成后放入软化的黄油继续一个和面程序
  • 5.可以拉出薄膜。
  • 6.发酵至2倍大小.
  • 7.气分剂,盖上保鲜膜松弛10--15分钟
  • 8.取一个面剂,擀成长形,铺上馅料,卷起来
  • 9.全部做好放入烤盘中.
  • 10.送人烤箱保温保湿发酵,发酵至两倍大小,取出剪口,刷上蛋液
  • 11.烤箱180度预热3分钟,烤10分钟即可
