韩式辣白菜
每个家庭都会制作一些下饭的小菜。我家也是。其中这辣白菜是我常做的,酸辣爽脆很是可口下饭。而且还能用它做菜、炒饭甚至做汤。

Steps to make 韩式辣白菜

  • 1.白菜一颗去掉外层老叶。
  • 2.切成小块,均匀地洒上三汤匙盐,用手拌匀。
  • 3.白菜里加一小碗清水。用一个大碗装满清水压在白菜上腌制6一8小时。
  • 4.准备苹果、梨、红椒、胡萝卜各半个,韭菜一小把,洋葱1/3个,蒜一头。
  • 5.将蒜去皮和洋葱、半个梨用料理机打成酱。
  • 6.半个苹果切片,韭菜切段,胡萝卜、红椒切条。
  • 7.糯米粉2汤匙加清水调开,用小火边煮边搅拌至糯米糊呈半透明状的稀糊。
  • 8.白菜沥干水分,可用手压去多些水份。
  • 9.白菜、韭菜、胡萝卜、苹果、红椒放入盆中。
  • 10.将韩式辣椒粉放入,细辣椒粉和粗辣椒粉放入,比例1:2。再放入蒜、葱、梨酱和糯米糊。
  • 11.再加15克白糖、30克盐,喜欢酸味重的可再加少许白醋拌匀。
  • 12.放入密封盒中放冰箱。
  • 13.第二天就可以食用了。
