松饼,香软可口,卷上馅就是铜锣烧,哆啦A梦的最爱,小朋友们特别喜欢吃,网上的做法多种多样,试了几个之后都觉得太麻烦,于是再三实验,终于写出一个完美的方子。吃的时候可以自己卷上豆沙,奶油,紫薯,等等,还可以加些水果,蜂蜜一起吃,我怕太甜,所以都是直接拿给小孩子吃的多些。
一般的做法第一张饼都是煎不好的,这好像是松饼的通病,说来就是锅体浸热不均匀。有些朋友做起来上色不黄,有些饼糊在锅上翻不起来,还有的硬的咬不动,有的根本成不了型,多次做松饼失败的朋友,可以尝试下这个方子,我实验多次后用的都是最精确的刻度量,应该是百分百成功的,这是全网唯一的方子,妖妖的独家原创,如果有没有做成功的,可以加微信:yaoge2244反馈给我。

Steps to make 香甜松饼

  • 1.鸡蛋,牛奶,白砂糖,打入干净的容器中。
  • 2.用电动打蛋器,电动打蛋器,电动打蛋器,重要的事情说三遍,搅打大概一两分钟,不要用筷子或者手动打蛋器之类的。搅打至无糖粒儿。
  • 3.将低筋面粉和小苏打混合,分两次加入牛奶鸡蛋液,同样用电动打蛋器搅打均匀。这里用的小苏打是食用小苏打,对人体无害。
  • 4.搅打好的面糊静置一会儿就可以用了,或者放进冰箱,密封冷藏,第二天早上直接倒面糊去锅里煎就可以,特省时间,十分钟煎好饼充好牛奶,一顿有营养的早餐就出来了。
  • 5.准备一个不粘的平底锅,开中小火,将锅具充分加热均匀,无需放油,倒面糊进来,面糊落下的大小就是你的松饼大小,面糊倒进去之后不要转动锅具,不要借助工具摊开,就等它自然流动就好。
  • 6.待表面凝固,就可以翻面。用锅铲轻轻一翻就可以很容易的翻过来。
  • 7.翻过来之后另外一面随便煎一下就好。
  • 8.糖量不要随意减少,这本身就是甜点,方子里的糖并没有特别甜。减掉过多的糖会影响松饼上色。
