面包布丁
好几次早餐都想做这个,由于没时间,就放弃了。今儿个可以放开手慢慢做了哈,准备好面包、牛奶、鸡蛋、淡奶油,白糖,忽然想冰箱还有几个小瓶装的朗姆酒,就被我拿出来浸泡葡萄干了,浸泡过朗姆酒的葡萄干,烘焙出来的味道非常特别,那种带着酒香的味道,混合在面包布丁中,回味无穷。
一杯香浓的牛奶咖啡,一道美味的面包布丁,这样的周末早餐,我和家人都很满足~~~~

  • 淡奶油125克
  • 白糖40克
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 面包布丁

  • 1.剩面包。
  • 2.牛奶125克,淡奶油125克,白糖40克,朗姆酒少许。
  • 3.面包切成片在烤箱180°烘焙5分钟。
  • 4.切成小丁。
  • 5.葡萄干倒入朗姆酒。
  • 6.腰果可以压碎待用。
  • 7.在容器内刷一层黄油。
  • 8.倒入少许白糖(或面粉)沾满后倒出来。
  • 9.牛奶、淡奶油、白糖倒入锅内,中小火煮至白糖融化。
  • 10.稍微晾凉后倒入鸡蛋液中,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.过筛即成布丁液。
  • 12.将面包丁放入容器一半。
  • 13.倒入切碎的腰果。
  • 14.放少许浸泡好的葡萄干。
  • 15.再把面包丁放满容器。
  • 16.倒入布丁液,浸泡三分钟,使面包和布丁液充分浸润,最后再放少许葡萄干和腰果。
  • 17.烤盘内放不少于一厘米高的热水。
  • 18.放入预热的烤箱,170-180°,上下火,30分钟即可。
