圣诞杯子蛋糕
这道杯子蛋糕的做法,简单易做,新手也一看就会,无需分蛋打发,烤好后,再把它装饰成圣诞树的样子。

Steps to make 圣诞杯子蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.2个鸡蛋打入无水无油的打蛋盆中, 加入20克白砂糖。
  • 3.隔温水用电动打蛋器把鸡蛋打发至蛋液变浓稠细腻,蛋糊滴落留下明显痕迹,画8字不马上消失。
  • 4.分2次筛入低粉,切拌均匀后,再筛入剩下的面粉翻拌均匀。
  • 5.然后把8克植物油放入面糊中,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入垫了蛋糕纸托的六连模具中,8分满就可以了。
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火,中层,180度,18分钟左右。
  • 8.烤好后,把蛋糕取出晾凉,把200克淡奶油放入打蛋盆中,加入15克白砂糖后用电动打蛋器打发。
  • 9.用来做夹心的草莓清洗干净后吸干水分。
  • 10.纸杯蛋糕晾凉后,上面挤上一层打好的原色奶油,放上一个草莓。
  • 11.再在打好的奶油中滴几滴绿色色素,装入有裱花嘴的裱花蛋中,沿着草莓挤成树的形状就可以了。
  • 12.最后在树上撒上彩色糖珠,圣诞草莓杯子蛋糕就做好了。
