估计很少有人不爱红烧肉吧,先不说口感,就看看那鲜艳的颜色就会招架不住,闻一闻,油香四溢;舔一舔,肥而不腻,一口下去绝对一个满足。
不过每次吃完红烧肉难免会内疚一阵,吃下去的虽然只是几块肥肉,可是长出来的可不止这几斤了。估计好多小伙伴都会这样,悔不当初因为图一时嘴瘾,冒着长好几斤体重的危险吃了这么多红烧肉。美食当前,又有几个人能抵挡住呢。
菜菜屋才不怕呢,食色性也。人活着不就是要吃嘛,如果不能吃,生活岂不少了好多乐趣。面对脂肪含量这么高的红烧肉,如何才能降低吃完长肉的风险和内心的愧疚感呢。所以菜菜屋决定用普洱茶来烧肉,不仅增加了红烧肉的口感,也顺便刮刮油脂啦。

  • 五花肉200g
  • 普洱茶水200g
  • 冰糖50g

Steps to make 茶香红烧肉

  • 1.1.提前将原材料准备好,普洱茶用开水冲泡好过滤取茶水待用,五花肉烧毛洗净待用
  • 2.2.将洗净的五花肉切成3厘米左右的方块,入开水锅中焯水;老姜切成片;葱白切成段;葱叶切成花待用
  • 3.3.锅内倒少量油,将冰糖放入锅中小火炒糖色
  • 4.4.把焯水过的五花肉放入锅中,小火炒使肉裹满糖色,放入葱段、姜片,倒料酒
  • 5.5.用泡好的普洱茶水没过五花肉,大火烧开改为小火煨1个小时,加盐、生抽调味
  • 6.6.出锅装盘后撒上葱花即可食用
