Steps to make 太阳花面包

  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,加入盐和白糖,筛入高筋粉,加入酵母,启动两个和面程序,然后再启动酸奶程序,选择发酵60分钟
  • 3.发酵好的面团,取出排气
  • 4.一分为二,一块不动,另一块均匀分成22个小剂子,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 5.枸杞洗净
  • 6.糖浆汁加椰蓉拌匀
  • 7.大剂子擀成饼包上椰蓉馅
  • 8.再次擀平
  • 9.中间留出圆心,对角切开4刀
  • 10.每一块中间再切一刀
  • 11.每个小剂子擀圆,少包点椰蓉馅,做成花瓣状
  • 12.中间部分,每两个对翻,拧成花瓣儿,将小的花瓣插空摆好,剩余的面团做成太阳花杆和叶子
  • 13.中间用枸杞子点缀
  • 14.入烤箱二次发酵,45度40分钟
  • 15.发酵好的面团取出刷上蛋液
  • 16.烤箱预热,160度上下火中层烤20分钟
  • 17.出炉。
