Steps to make 酸辣凉拌鸡爪

  • 1.鸡爪9只切除指甲。
  • 2.冷水放入鸡爪,加八角、桂皮、香叶、红花椒、葱段、姜片。
  • 3.将锅内食材煮沸后上盖,转小火煮十分钟。
  • 4.煮好的鸡爪冲去浮沫,在凉水中泡浸半小时。
  • 5.取一个碗,调入适量生抽、老抽、香醋、芝麻油、辣椒油、盐、鸡精拌匀调成凉拌汁。
  • 6.蒜切末、指天椒切圈、香菜、葱切成小段。
  • 7.泡好的鸡爪对半切开。
  • 8.放入大碗加入调制好的凉拌汁,放冰箱保鲜一小时以上,中间翻动几次。
  • 9.装盘前再加入蒜末、指天椒、香菜、葱段拌一下。
  • 10.成品图。
