圣诞树饼干
想赶在圣诞节前做个圣诞小饼干,奈何饼干模具断货,糖珠发货又排队,活生生拖到周日才做,没有模具自己用刀切吧切吧烤成三角形,画几道纹看着挺像圣诞树的,撒点糖珠圣诞味道也是很浓的。

Steps to make 圣诞树饼干

  • 1.准备好各种食材,黄油提前软化,黄油加入糖粉和盐用电动打蛋器搅打到蓬发。
  • 2.分次加入蛋液继续搅打,每次将蛋液吸收后再加下一次,直至全部加入。蛋液与黄油混合均匀后的样子,很细腻。
  • 3.分次筛入低粉,用刮刀按压的方法将低粉全部与黄油混合低粉与黄油混合均匀后用手整理成团。
  • 4..我一分为二面团,一份原味,一份加入红茶粉一袋,混合均匀后放入冰箱冷藏2个小时后取出。借助保鲜膜将2种面团分别擀成3毫米厚的薄片。
  • 5.用刀切成三角形,边缘团起后继续擀成薄片切成三角形,大小可以随意,摆入28厘米方盘烤箱预热150度3分钟,将烤盘放入下层,设置时间20分钟,中途注意观察,边缘变黄就可。
  • 6.饼干放凉后,将巧克力放入裱花袋软化,剪个小口在饼干上画上纹路,撒少许彩色糖珠,圣诞树饼干就做好了。
