淡奶油布丁
小周末,给家人做了一锅甜丝丝的淡奶油布丁。这个布丁锅实在太赞了,以后烤布丁不用封锡纸啦,直接上盖即可,而且两升的大容量满足了一家子的食量。它可以直接上炉煮奶,也可以放进烤箱里烘焙。布丁吃不完盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏即可。一锅多用,少洗几个锅盘,懒猪们最喜欢它了!
做出来的淡奶油布丁又香又滑,深受家人的喜爱哦!

  • 纯牛奶500毫升
  • 淡奶油180克
  • 全蛋1/2个
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 蛋黄4个
  • 香草精1小勺

Steps to make 淡奶油布丁

  • 1.这个份量适合4~6人享用。
  • 2.将纯牛奶,淡奶油,细砂糖,香草精同放入布丁锅,拌均匀。
  • 3.直接上炉,中火煮至沸腾,马上移离炉灶。放置冷却架上冷却。
  • 4.蛋黄和全蛋液混合拌均匀,加入到冷却至60度左右的奶液中,边加入边搅拌。
  • 5.将布丁液过滤2次,滤去没有打散的蛋液,让布丁更细腻。过滤后若有泡沫,用纸巾吸走即可。
  • 6.盖上布丁盖,放在8寸的固底圆模中或水浴深盘中,并往圆模中注入9分满的沸水。
  • 7.放入160度上下火预热好的烤箱中下层,烘焙60分钟。
  • 8.做好的布丁可以趁热吃,或者冷藏后吃,风味不一样哦!
