  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 蜂蜜170克

  • 糖粉150克

Steps to make 圣诞姜饼屋

  • 1.安琪伊仕特姜饼预拌粉2包倒入盆中
  • 2.加入170克蜂蜜,蜂蜜如果结晶了,请加热到80度再凉凉到40度使用
  • 3.再加入2个鸡蛋
  • 4.和成面团,不要过分揉面,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏(我分成了两份)。预拌粉包装上有说明,冷藏1周或1周以上,可提高姜饼质量,我冷藏了4天
  • 5.烤制前从冰箱取出面团回暖,擀成0.3厘米厚的大片
  • 6.摆上裁剪好的图纸
  • 7.按图纸用小刀切割出屋顶、墙壁、烟囱、松树、星星等,再用叉子和牙签扎上孔以免烤制时鼓起变形,当然,还要擀一个大片做底座,我用了全部面团的1/2做了个大底座,只比长帝25烤盘短一点
  • 8.摆在铺了油纸的烤盘上,185度,中层,15-20分钟,根据自己烤箱调节,并注意观察,有一定硬度就可以了,取出还不是完全邦邦硬的,凉凉了就好了。而且,厚的时间长,后来一盘薄点的就有些烤过了
  • 9.烤好的墙壁和松树
  • 10.蛋清中分三次加入糖粉打至黏稠成为蛋白糖霜
  • 11.用蛋白糖霜做粘合剂将房屋四壁粘合起来,四壁要一起粘,这样互相支撑不用手扶不用支撑物,一顿饭工夫就很结实了
  • 12.然后把屋顶粘上去,烟囱先组合好成为一体再粘到屋顶上去
  • 13.释放你的创作冲动尽情涂鸦吧,用食用色素给蛋白糖霜调个颜色,把小屋装扮得更漂亮。
