  • 1.把黄豆洗净,提前一天浸泡。滤掉水分。
  • 2.锅里放少许油,放入黄豆。
  • 3.放入盐,用小火慢炒。
  • 4.中间不停的翻炒。
  • 5.炒至黄豆呈金黄色,用时25分钟。
  • 6.关火后稍晾。盛入盘中。
