一碗腊八饭,思念儿时的年味儿
“小孩小孩你别馋,过了腊八就是年……”以前小孩盼过年,因为过年有好吃好喝。冬月刚刚过去,小孩子们就盼呀盼,数呀数,一直数到腊月初八,过了腊八节,年味就越来越浓重。
虽然人们大多都已不知“腊八节”的由来,也没有了祭祀活动,但每到腊八这一天,人们仍然习惯煮腊八粥、吃腊八饭。

  • 桂圆肉60g
  • 莲子100g
  • 赤小豆60g
  • 薏米50g
  • 小枣10颗
  • 红豆沙300g
  • 猪油150g

Steps to make 迷你腊八饭

  • 1.先将糯米,莲子,赤豆,薏米用水浸泡数小时,沥干水分,待用。
  • 2.将红枣改刀去核,红枣肉切成小块。
  • 3.取一小碗,在内侧抹上猪油以方便脱模。
  • 4.放入入桂圆肉,赤豆,薏米,莲子,花生仁等材料。
  • 5.然后加入糯米到一半的位置。
  • 6.再加入适量红豆沙。
  • 7.再铺上一层糯米。
  • 8.填平压实至碗口位置
  • 9.最后盖上保鲜膜
  • 10.蒸箱选择普通模式,设置100度,60分钟。
  • 11.预热完成放入糯米饭。完成后倒扣在盘上即可。
