Steps to make 鲜味十足—韩式泡菜煎饼

  • 1.虾仁横切两半。
  • 2.泡菜沥干水分切小块;韭菜切3厘米长的段。
  • 3.低筋粉加入鸡蛋、鸡精、少许盐、胡椒粉和适量清水。
  • 4.调成可流动的糊状。(粉与水的比例大约为1:1)
  • 5.将虾仁、韭菜、泡菜倒入面糊中拌匀。
  • 6.煎锅中倒入少许油,将拌好的面糊倒入锅中煎熟,食用前切块,蘸酱料即可。
