Steps to make 豆渣的花样年华——南瓜豆渣奶酪面包

  • 1.南瓜泥、豆渣放入面包桶。
  • 2.加入主料中的其他材料和面20分钟。
  • 3.加入黄油揉成具有延展性的面团,发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.发酵好的样子。
  • 5.将面团取出,按压排气。分割八等份松弛15分钟。
  • 6.取一面团压扁,包入半块奶酪。
  • 7.包好后,收口向下。
  • 8.逐一做好所有面包坯。
  • 9.送入烤箱中层做最后发酵(烤箱定温40度,烤箱底部放一杯热水制造蒸汽),约40-60分钟。
  • 10.取出烤盘,将面包坯刷上蛋液。用剪刀剪出十字刀口。
  • 11.撒上切碎的奶酪丝。
  • 12.将烤箱170度预热,烤制15-18分钟。
