  • 1.猪肉切片,可选八分瘦两分肥的,亦可是五花,都看自己喜欢。
  • 2.加入粉蒸米粉。
  • 3.搅拌均匀,腌制半小时。
  • 4.红薯去皮。
  • 5.切滚刀。
  • 6.放入碗底。
  • 7.把肉均匀铺在表面。
  • 8.放入蒸锅。
  • 9.上汽后小火慢蒸四十分钟左右,肉质软烂才好吃。
  • 10.出锅撒香菜装饰。
  • 11.粉粉糯糯的哦。
