    Steps to make 家常版罗宋汤

    • 1.牛腱子切块,在清水里浸泡,去除一部分血水。
    • 2.将牛肉焯水,捞出洗净备用。
    • 3.高压锅里放热水,放牛肉,放葱姜蒜,香叶,大料,白芷,料酒,将牛肉炖熟。
    • 4.土豆,胡萝卜切块放油锅里煸炒。
    • 5.煸炒到土豆和胡萝卜表皮焦黄,盛出备用。
    • 6.洋葱切块,过油备用。
    • 7.西红柿去皮切块备用。
    • 8.烧热油,放番茄酱炒出红油,放西红柿炒软。
    • 9.炖熟的牛肉和原汤,倒在煮锅里,倒入炒好的西红柿,放土豆,胡萝卜煮汤。
    • 10.将土豆煮软烂,放盐,放少许白糖,煮开。
    • 11.出锅前放入洋葱即可。
    • 12.家常版罗宋汤。
