莲藕猪尾汤
猪尾骨之前很少买来吃,有一次跟同事一起去菜市买菜,她自己买了一条然后推荐说好吃,叫我也试试,当时并没有买,却从此记住她说的话。后来买回来试着红烧,发现不肥不腻,老少皆宜,于是又买来炖汤,无需多余的调料,小火慢炖,出锅后撒入一点点盐,依然是肉质香嫩,鲜美可口。

藕的营养价值也很高,富含铁、钙等微量元素,植物蛋白质、维生素以及淀粉含量也很丰富,有明显的补益气血,增强人体免疫力作用。故中医称其:“主补中养神,益气力”。

  • 1.准备好猪尾骨和莲藕。
  • 2.猪尾骨洗净沥干水分放如沙锅内。
  • 3.莲藕洗净去皮。

  • 5.和骨头一起放入沙锅内,生姜拍碎放入。
  • 6.沙锅注入清水。
  • 7.加盖大火煮开,捊去泡沫,转小火炖一小时。
