Steps to make 煎牛扒*

  • 1.准备一块牛扒,自然解冻,挤出血水,备用。
  • 2.锅里放一块黄油,融化。
  • 3.放入牛扒,每面各煎2分钟。
  • 4.煎成这样。
  • 5.然后夹起牛扒,煎一下边儿。
  • 6.边儿变成焦黄色,再次煎一下正反面,变成焦黄色就可以出锅了,然后用底油炒一下黑胡椒酱,炒到浓稠,再把牛扒放在锅里滚一下。使酱汁裹满牛扒全身。
  • 7.出锅摆盘,放上焯好的蔬菜,就可以吃了。
  • 8.酱汁可以炒多一些,煮一些意大利面,直接拌酱吃,很不错。
