木耳拌菠菜

今天用应季的菠菜和木耳做个凉拌菜小菜,酸辣调剂,爽脆开胃~~

  • 1.食材:木耳提前泡发、菠菜、大蒜、剁椒
  • 2.大蒜拨皮捣成蒜泥,菠菜洗净切大段。
  • 3.煮锅烧水,水开后,放木耳煮2分钟后,捞出放凉(夏天过凉开水)。
  • 4.菠菜焯水
  • 5.焯过水的菠菜挤净水分和木耳一起放入碗中
  • 6.加入剁椒、蒜泥、香醋、白糖、鲜味酱油和适量盐
  • 7.加入些熟芝麻
  • 8.充分拌匀,即可
  • 9.成品!
