这道菜我本来是想用蒜头的,那里知道要用的时候才发觉没蒜头了。没办法,我就用沙姜来代替啦!哈哈!想不到炒出来才是别有风味喔!好香耶!

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.将杏鲍菇撕成条状,猪肉切丝加入料酒、酱油、淀粉、鲍鱼汁拌匀腌20分钟,沙姜拍扁切碎、切好葱花、甜椒切丝
  • 3.大火热锅放入葱白爆香
  • 4.随后倒入肉丝爆炒到八成熟
  • 5.将肉丝盛起
  • 6.再热锅下油放入沙姜爆香
  • 7.然后倒入杏鲍菇爆炒
  • 8.放入盐及少量水炒1分钟
  • 9.随后倒入肉丝炒匀
  • 10.然后洒上葱花炒匀
  • 11.最后上碟就可以了
