冻酸奶蓝莓慕斯
慕斯(mousse)最早出现在美食之都法国巴黎;是一种奶冻式的甜点,其性质较布丁更柔软,入口即化。
今天给做的这款冻酸奶慕斯是为我今天生日准备的,没用放奶油,酸奶比例较多,口感清爽,里面加了我爱吃的蓝莓

  • 老酸奶260g
  • 奶油奶酪150g
  • 鸡蛋黄2颗
  • 白糖40g
  • 吉利丁片23g
  • 青柠朗姆酒15g
  • 蓝莓鲜果100g

Steps to make 冻酸奶蓝莓慕斯

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.奥利奥饼干压成粉末加入融化了的黄油拌匀
  • 3.拌好的黄油奥利奥倒入蛋糕磨具里压实放冰箱里冷藏定型
  • 4.奶酪软后后加入老酸奶
  • 5.用蛋抽搅至顺滑无颗粒
  • 6.吉利丁片用冰水泡软大约5.6分钟
  • 7.蛋黄加入白糖,朗姆酒搅匀
  • 8.把蛋黄糊放入热水里隔水搅拌加热到80-90度
  • 9.蛋黄加热后加入泡软的吉利丁片搅至融化
  • 10.把蛋黄液加入到奶酪糊里搅拌均匀
  • 11.加入蓝莓搅匀后倒进磨具里,放入冰箱冷冻定型
  • 12.冻好了可以脱模啦!
