  • 8.将两个鸡蛋打散,锅烧热,放油放入蛋液摊成蛋饼。
  • 9.将蛋饼稍晾凉,切丝备用。
  • 10.摊开河粉皮,将各种材料铺在粉皮上面。
  • 11.将粉皮松松的卷成杂蔬卷,切段。
  • 12.烧热油,爆香蒜茸和香葱头,加生抽,醋调好味即成醮料。金枪鱼杂蔬卷摆盘即可沾醮料食用。
