粗粮发糕
清明回老家,带了点粗粮回来,现在每次做面食,都会加点粗粮,味道也不错。

Steps to make 粗粮发糕

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.面粉和粗粮面混合均匀,粗粮面里有:玉米面、小米面、黄豆面。
  • 3.温水加入发酵粉,混合均匀,温水温度35度左右。
  • 4.面粉中加入发酵水,和成软一些的面团。
  • 5.蛋糕模具中刷油。
  • 6.将面团放入模具中,压平,放在温暖处发酵。
  • 7.面团发酵完成后,将红枣放置在面团上,上锅蒸25分钟即可。
  • 8.粗粮发糕做好啦。
