可可粉奶油裱花杯
裱花虽然裱不好,只会勉强挤出花型,好辛苦的挤好,正开开心心的拍照片,拍了几张就发现奶油开始化了,已经快化散了,裱花技术实在是查到极致啊。蛋糕杯用的是全蛋打发式,海绵小蛋糕。

  • 1.备料
  • 2.鸡蛋中加入糖粉
  • 3.坐温水盆中打发,开始时泡泡比较大
  • 4.打发到细腻 提起打蛋器 液体不易滴落就可以
  • 5.放入过筛的面粉
  • 6.取一部分放入植物中搅拌均匀
  • 7.在倒回蛋液中
  • 8.准备纸杯
  • 9.倒入杯中7/8分满
  • 10.淡奶油打发
  • 11.烤箱预热,180度上下火,大约15分钟左右
  • 12.选择合适的裱花嘴
