  • 1.准备好食材,猪肚撕去表面油脂,用面粉揉搓几分钟加水洗净,再放醋和盐抓洗去除腥臭味,再次洗净备用,山药去皮切段,生姜去皮切片。
  • 2.猪肚放米博烹饪机主锅中放入姜片,花椒,1勺黄酒,600克水,放花椒焯水去腥效果更好。
  • 3.盖好盖子烹饪模式选择玉米排骨汤模式焯水7分钟。
  • 4.焯好水的猪肚会有很多浮沫,捞出洗净。
  • 5.洗好的猪肚切条,切片随自己喜欢。
  • 6.主锅洗净把猪肚放入,加1200克开水和姜片,开水煮的汤很会白也很鲜,不建议中途加水,水要一次性放入。
