可可戚风蛋糕

  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 砂糖(蛋白)60克
  • 牛奶40ml
  • 玉米油40ml
  • 砂糖(蛋黄)30克
  • 柠檬汁3-5滴

Steps to make 可可戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.分离蛋清和蛋黄
  • 3.蛋黄加入30G砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 4.再加入40ML牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入40ML玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 6.可可粉和低筋面粉混合均匀过筛2遍筛入蛋黄糊中
  • 7.翻拌均匀至无粉粒,放一边待用
  • 8.蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁(没有可不加)
  • 9.砂糖60g分3次加入蛋白中打发
  • 10.取1/3的蛋白到蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀
  • 11.把翻拌好的蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋白霜中翻拌均匀,即成了蛋糕糊
  • 12.将蛋糕糊倒入模具中,(这里我用了8寸的模具)震平,震出气泡,烤箱提前预热150°。上下管1小时,视个人的烤箱温度而定
  • 13.大公告成,香喷喷的可可戚风新鲜出炉,直接吃也好,裱花也好。
