  • 1.超市买了新鲜的猪耳叶,冷水下锅煮至熟透过凉以后把它变成很薄的薄片这个药片的越薄越好。
  • 2.我们把海带丝和豆芽焯水备用。胡萝卜和黄瓜去皮切丝。
  • 3.所有的调料加上姜蒜末调混合搅拌均匀。这个调料根据自己的口味来调制哦。没有固定的模式,自己爱吃什么味儿就怎么调。
  • 4.我们首先把黄瓜塞,海带丝,胡萝卜丝儿。豆芽放进盘底垫底。
  • 5.把片好的猪耳朵。把它摆上去撒上葱花和花生碎。
  • 6.最后淋上刚才的调味汁就可以了。
