蓝莓果酱冰淇淋
夏天到了,各种冰品、冷饮最受欢迎也是最最畅销了;哈哈:作为吃货的我们也不能逊色,在家悄悄地行动起来了。看看家里已开的一袋蓝莓果酱还剩下大半,想着来做次“蓝莓果酱冰淇淋“消耗最快了;也许是酱料不够多,做出来的颜色不如想象的漂亮,不过味道确实不错了,关键是自己做的,更放心了~~~
可惜天太热了,冰淇淋球刚挖好,还没拍照就开始融化了,呜呜~~~

  • 蛋黄2个
  • 白砂糖65克
  • 纯牛奶200克
  • 淡奶油200毫升
  • 蓝莓果酱170克

Steps to make 蓝莓果酱冰淇淋

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.蛋黄、白砂糖和纯牛奶倒入奶锅中
  • 3.用蛋抽搅拌至白糖融化
  • 4.移至燃气灶上小火加热微滚关火待凉
  • 5.淡奶油用电动打蛋器打于纹路状
  • 6.将放凉的牛奶糊缓缓地倒入淡奶油中,边倒边搅匀
  • 7.挤入蓝莓果酱
  • 8.用电动打蛋器快速打至蓬松,加盖送至冰箱冷冻
  • 9.约1小时后取出,再打至蓬松继续入冰箱冷冻
  • 10.1小时后取出,按上述步骤操作
  • 11.这是第4次取出搅打了
  • 12.最后加盖送冰箱冷冻4小时以上
  • 13.就可以享受美味了
