Steps to make 爽口酱黄瓜

  • 1.准备好需要的食材,朝天椒和黄瓜都要选鲜嫩的。
  • 2.黄瓜洗净后用厨房用纸擦干水分,切成粗细均匀的黄瓜段。
  • 3.放入两勺盐,用手抓匀,然后覆盖保鲜膜,入冰箱隔夜腌制,等到8小时以后拿出来的时候,会析出很多水。
  • 4.黄瓜彻底出水后,这样腌制出来的口感才清脆。
  • 5.姜片、蒜片和洗净的朝天椒,加入1把冰糖。
  • 6.1大勺的老抽、2大勺的生抽、2大勺的白醋,加入适量的清水,放入50克的泡椒,放入黄瓜段。  这里咱们把汤汁和黄瓜一起放进干净的密封罐,可储存较长时间。  如果您做的少,可以如花儿这样,放入搪瓷锅中,表面覆盖保鲜膜,入冰箱冷藏2-3天,这样黄瓜就腌制的相当入味了。
  • 7.酸辣脆爽,春季里泡稀饭、佐粥,抑或外出郊游带上这样一小盒,都是不可缺少的下饭小菜。
