花朵豆沙面包

  • 发酵粉3g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 黄油10g
  • 牛奶130g
  • 2g

Steps to make 花朵豆沙面包

  • 1.称量好的材料除黄油以外,放入面包机里,启动和面功能,揉面20分钟。
  • 2.后油法,加入室温融化了的黄油,再揉20分钟。将揉至面团揉至完全阶段(面团能拉出薄膜),面团就打至好了
  • 3.然后启动发酵功能,发酵大约30分钟,用手指插进面团,不回缩就已经发酵好了
  • 4.醒发好的面团取出,分割成30g的小面团份,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜,松弛10分钟
  • 5.取一个面团用手压扁,用擀面杖排气擀圆面皮,翻面后包入大约15g的红豆沙馅
  • 6.用擀面杖将面团轻轻压成圆饼,在面团的边缘处用剪刀均匀的剪出五个开口,继续发酵15分钟。
  • 7.在红豆沙面包坯面表均匀的刷上一层蛋液。
  • 8.将擀面杖头沾上水后再沾上黑芝麻压在红豆沙面包坯中心。
  • 9.放入已预热180度的烤箱中,倒数第二层烘烤12分钟。
