干炒牛河

  • 韭菜梗75g
  • 绿豆芽150g
  • 胡萝卜50g
  • 洋葱30g

Steps to make 干炒牛河

  • 1.原料备齐,洗净,牛肉切小片,放老抽、淀粉腌制。
  • 2.胡萝卜、洋葱切丝,韭菜梗切段。
  • 3.干河粉用开水泡5分钟后换凉水冷却捞出。
  • 4.热锅凉油下牛肉炒。
  • 5.再放洋葱、胡萝卜炒。
  • 6.放入河粉炒,加酱油、老抽炒匀。
  • 7.放入韭菜梗炒。
  • 8.再放绿豆芽炒均匀。
  • 9.根据个人口味加入适量盐。
  • 10.绿豆芽和韭菜梗断生就可以出锅了。
  • 11.开吃,味道不错哦。
