元宝姐姐的缤纷冰粉
这次回重庆,又多了一样带不走的:

也是重庆大街小巷都有的一道街边甜品:冰粉
看着孩子从火车上一路哭回上海,为了缓解这一抹乡愁,老母亲决心在以后的夏日,都为她学做这一道很平常的重庆小甜点~

  • 冰粉粉10g
  • 水果糖5-7个
  • 黄桃(选自己喜欢的)1个
  • 酒酿1-2勺
  • 红枣3-7个
  • 开水500ml

Steps to make 元宝姐姐的缤纷冰粉

  • 1.冰粉粉称10克出来,放到一个大碗,然后用开水冲泡好。
  • 2.一定要开水,比例记住是10克冰粉比开水的比例是10:500。
  • 3.冰粉大约一小时就凝固了,可以放到冰箱去冷藏一小时口感更佳,然后用小刀切块,分装出来。
  • 4.我家正好有这个元宝红糖,也是提前用开水或是温水化开,可以进冰箱也可以就用商家送的冰粉伴侣。
  • 5.倒上化开的红糖水。
  • 6.根据喜欢,增减。
  • 7.我家正好有这个糖,也可以不用,换成其他自己喜欢的比如山楂,葡萄干等。
  • 8.黄桃也是现成的,也可以换成其他自己家有的水果切成丁,都是可以的哈。
  • 9.全部切成小丁,我还加了点红枣碎。
  • 10.在放上1-2勺酒酿,就是四川人说的醪糟。
  • 11.其实冰粉的配料都可以随意哈,我这一碗尝试了放养乐多,只有养乐多+冰粉,也很好吃。
