    • 1.韭菜去老叶洗净。
    • 2.汤锅内烧开水。
    • 3.将韭菜放入开水中汆片刻即可。
    • 4.烫软的韭菜捞起沥干水。
    • 5.将三到四根韭菜从根部开始卷起。
    • 6.卷好的韭菜用竹签穿起。
    • 7.所有的韭菜都串好。
    • 8.在串好的韭菜上抹上油,撒上孜然粉和盐。
    • 9.烤箱200度,烤3到5分钟即可。
