玫瑰花面包

Steps to make 玫瑰花面包

  • 1.红芯火龙果肉切半。
  • 2.将其切成片状。
  • 3.用料理机打成汁。
  • 4.面包机中加入鸡蛋、白糖、盐、橄榄油。
  • 5.加入红芯火龙果汁。
  • 6.加入高筋面粉、酵母、按面团发酵档发酵。
  • 7.将发酵好的面团从面包机中取出放入面案揉至均匀。
  • 8.将面团分成均匀的小面剂,每5个为一组,每组为2朵玫瑰花。
  • 9.小面团擀成圆型片,5个梯次摆放、再从一侧卷起。
  • 10.卷好的面坯从中间切一刀,将面团竖起来就是2朵玫瑰花。
  • 11.将玫瑰花面坯放入模具(刷一层薄薄的油)中二次饧发。
  • 12.烤箱先预热10分钟,将模具放入中下层,上下170度烤18至20分钟(适度盖油纸或锡纸)。
