  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.锅中烧水,水开后将山药皮放进去焯水3—5分钟。
  • 3.准备辅料。
  • 4.小米辣切成小圈,小葱切成葱花,大蒜切成末。
  • 5.焯过水的山药皮用凉水冲洗几遍控水。
  • 6.芝麻酱用香油化开,里面加熟芝麻、盐、白糖、花椒粉和胡椒粉。
  • 7.将蒜泥、辣椒圈和葱花放进去。
  • 8.锅中烧油,油冒烟后淋在芝麻酱上。
  • 9.里面加生抽、蚝油、凉拌去搅拌均匀淋在粉皮上。
  • 10.装盘。
