Steps to make 桂花香蛋糕

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.葵花籽油和清水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入过筛的低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入干桂花,拌匀备用。
  • 6.蛋白中加入白糖,白醋和盐。
  • 7.用电动打蛋器打发,有大弯角的状态。
  • 8.取三分之一的蛋白与蛋黄糊混合。
  • 9.再倒入至剩余的蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 10.倒入蛋糕模具中,在桌面上震几下,放入预热好的烤箱里,上火140度,下火130度,15分钟后,上火调至165度,蛋糕表面均匀上色,用牙签试一下,蛋糕已成熟,即可出炉。
  • 11.出炉后晾凉切块,就可以享用啦。
