Steps to make 栗子焖鸡翅

  • 1.食材准备好,鸡翅洗净后在两面各划两刀,以便腌制时入味。栗子去壳和皮洗净。干香菇提前泡发好去蒂切块。香肠洗净切段。姜切片。
  • 2.在鸡翅中放入料酒、盐、豉油鸡汁、姜片、葱段和花生油搅拌均匀,腌制半小时。
  • 3.把腌制好的鸡翅倒入电饭煲,并加入栗子和干香菇,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入半碗清水,水量在食材的一半位置。香菇和栗子尽量泡在清水中,以便在焖的过程中更好地吸收水份,让做好后的香菇和栗子口感不至太干。鸡翅就放在上面,煮的时候更容易吸收香菇的香味。
  • 5.设定电饭煲一个煮饭程序。电饭煲开始工作啦,我就安安静静地等着吃吧!
  • 6.程序结束后鸡翅就做好了,如果觉得鸡翅不够干身,就可以再设定一个煮饭程序收汁。这一步看个人喜好。
