Steps to make 藤椒鸡

  • 1.锅中放水烧开,把三黄鸡放入水中焯一下,皮黄捞出。
  • 2.把鸡腿和鸡翅分离切开,大葱切断、姜切片。
  • 3.锅中加入花生油、大葱、姜片、花椒、盐,然后放入三黄鸡,加入600毫升水,选择【黄焖鸡】模式。
  • 4.秋葵热水中煮一分钟,切段,铺在盘中。
  • 5.三黄鸡捞出切条,铺在秋葵上,浇上两勺鸡汤,撒上小米椒和小葱,滕椒铺顶。
  • 6.最后淋上热油即可。
  • 7.完成。
