    Steps to make 清汤羊排火锅

    • 1.白菜洗净切成块。
    • 2.金针菇洗净去掉根部。
    • 3.胡萝卜去皮切成块。
    • 4.白萝卜洗净切成块。
    • 5.豆泡一切两开。
    • 6.黄豆芽洗净沥干水分。
    • 7.羊排提前用清水泡制3小时以上,中途换水。
    • 8.葱切段,姜切片。
    • 9.准备好花椒和辣椒。
    • 10.取一碗加入蒸鱼豉油 麻油 芝麻勾兑吃小料。备用。
    • 11.泡出血水的羊排放入汤锅中,注入冷水。
    • 12.大火烧开,用勺子撇去血沫。
    • 13.血沫清理完毕以后,大火烧开,至汤汁成白色。
    • 14.加入葱姜。
    • 15.下入辣椒和花椒。后转小火焖至1小时。
    • 16.倒入白萝卜和胡萝卜。
    • 17.加入盐再焖至30分钟,使白萝卜煮透明。
    • 18.将煮好的羊排和清汤一起倒入火锅中,加入自己喜欢的食材,沾上小料,就可以享受美食了
