    Steps to make 蜜枣粽子

    • 1.糯米和花生分别泡3个小时。
    • 2.粽叶洗净后放入开水锅中煮两三分钟。
    • 3.剪去根部。
    • 4.取两片粽叶错开重叠,折成漏斗状。
    • 5.放两三棵花生,加点糯米,再放上一颗蜜枣。(呵呵,我习惯先放花生哦,不容易漏米)
    • 6.再填满糯米
    • 7.把粽叶折过去,从漏斗的尖部饶过来,如图所示
    • 8.在底部插入一根粽叶,如图所示
    • 9.把原来两根粽叶的尾梢折在第三根粽叶上,如图所示
    • 10.再加些花生和糯米把粽子填满填实。
    • 11.用第三根粽叶顺势包紧包严。如图所示
    • 12.用棉线扎紧。
    • 13.包好的粽子放入压力锅内,加入适量水,上汽后压一个半小时,再焖两个小时即可。
