玛德琳蛋糕

Steps to make 玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.蛋白蛋黄分离,蛋黄中加入牛奶、色拉油、10g白糖搅拌均匀
  • 3.充分搅拌至乳化状态,筛入低筋粉切拌均匀
  • 4.蛋白加入盐,柠檬汁,分三次加入剩余的白糖打发
  • 5.分三次将打发的蛋白霜加入到蛋黄液中,以“之”字形切拌均匀
  • 6.将拌好的面糊倒入模具中,轻震模具,表面撒些可可粉
  • 7.烤箱上下火预热160度,中层烘烤20分钟左右
  • 8.出炉。
