  • 玉米油45克
  • 淡奶油650克
  • 糖粉52克

Steps to make 6寸芭比娃娃蛋糕

  • 1.牛奶与玉米油混合搅拌至乳化。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉Z字形搅拌均匀。
  • 3.搅拌至无干粉。
  • 4.加入蛋黄Z字形搅拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋白分三次加入细砂糖打发至尖角。
  • 6.取三分之一的蛋白糊与蛋黄糊翻拌均匀。
  • 7.再与剩下的三分之二蛋白糊翻拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入模具里,震几下。震出大气泡。烤箱130度预热10分钟后放入烤45分钟。
  • 9.出炉倒扣彻底凉透脱模。 每个切2片。
  • 10.把蛋糕片修剪成芭比裙子的形状。250克淡奶油加糖粉20克先打发做夹层(夹层的奶油打的硬一点)。
  • 11.再打发400克淡奶油加糖粉32克,加一点点粉色色素打到7-8分发,抹好面。
  • 12.芭比娃娃摆件插到蛋糕中心,再把小娃娃的上身挤上点奶油做为衣服就OK了。
