Steps to make 孜然藕丁

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.把大蒜去皮清洗干净切成末,小葱白切断,葱叶切成葱花,小米辣切成小圈。
  • 3.莲藕洗干净去皮切成小丁,取一小盆里面一勺香醋浸泡。
  • 4.锅中烧水,水开后把藕丁放进去焯水两分钟捞出。
  • 5.捞出过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 6.锅中倒油,油温六成热把葱白段、小米辣和大蒜放进去小火炒出香味。
  • 7.再把莲藕丁倒进去翻炒均匀。
  • 8.里面加一勺生抽、一勺老抽、一勺蚝油,孜然、少许盐和鸡精翻炒均匀即可出锅。
  • 9.出锅装盘撒上葱花装饰。
